TULANE STUDENTS ARE INVITED TO APPLY TO BE A JONES SCHOLAR FOR THE SPRING 2009 SEMESTER

A list of the host sites and project summaries for the Spring 2009 Jones Scholars Internship placements will be available on September 15, 2008

No other internship offers opportunity quite like this one. Instead of doing mundane work in a place that’s too busy to be concerned with your development, find yourself in a revolutionary, highly-competitive paid program. Providing much needed human capital for projects focused on improving the educational opportunities in New Orleans public schools, the Jones Scholars Internship Program gets to the heart of reforming our local school system.

Both undergraduate and graduate students who are looking to serve in the future of our educational system or become informed civic leaders find that an internship of this caliber offers the invaluable experience of contributing significant, meaningful changes that will effect generations to come.
